• 24 hour Private Personal/Emotional & Physiological care in a safe living environment

• Individualized care plans.

• Operators and staff share concerns within the home with the client.

• Client confidentiality by operators and staff

• Record keeping on a daily basis to ensure the client care plan is followed.

• All clients are provided with a private room, furnished or unfurnished are available.

• Complete care and/or assistance with personalized care including, companionship, feeding, dressing, grooming, hygiene & bathing.

• Life Skill assistance to promote independence is provided if required for daily living skills.

• Medication assistance and/or management if required.

• Homemade meals (3) and snacks served daily as per the Canada Food Guide.

• A variety of social and recreational activities are provided.

• Client Independence is encouraged, and operators and staff actively participate and assist in all areas.

• Transportation and/or assistance with appointments and personal outings.

• Smoking & Pet policies vary per Private Care home.

• Standard Room/Board amenities included.
